Welcoming our New Members
BID DAY
Accepting a bid from Alpha Chi Omega is one of the most exciting moments we've experienced. But, we also know it can be an overwhelming transition to have 70+ new sisters in a single night, so upon accepting a bid, our new members are immediately welcomed into our sisterhood and included in every event. Big/Little Week, Chapter Retreat, and Spring Formal are just some events that our new members get to look forward to as soon as they join our sisterhood!
Chapter Retreats
Our VP Membership Programming will plan a weekend full of activities for our chapter, from games to small group discussions. Chapter retreat is the perfect opportunity for new members to meet and bond with sisters both new and old!
Big/Little Week
The best time of year! Big/Little Week is full of pampering. Each night, you will pick up a gift made specially for you stuffed full of treats! Your Big will also leave clues to who she is and on the last day she will finally reveal herself and welcome you into her family!
Spring Formal
Our VP Risk Management and Social Chair, plans one formal each year. New Members are invited to our Spring Formal, which takes place in April. Don't worry if you're not sure what to wear, most sisters are happy to let you raid their closets for dresses. Just don't forget your dancing shoes!
