☆Our organization's national philanthropy is Domestic Violence Awareness (DVA). We wholeheartedly stand behind this cause, making a conscious effort to educate ourselves and others about the detrimental effects of unhealthy relationships. We play an active part in fighting to end domestic violence. In addition to fighting against unhealthy relationships, we also help to give those in our community the tools they need to build healthy relationships.

☆Also, in support of Domestic Violence Awareness, our chapter does fun events for philanthropy such as participating in Dance Marathon. We also host an annual "Pie an Alpha Chi" event where we raise money by being pied in the face by friends and other members of the community. One of our biggest events is our philanthropy week called The Great Ribbon Race. During this week there is a different event each day which helps raise money for DVA.
